looking hard at the prop that the Spurs will finish ahead of Arsenal ... odds are +200

last year Tottenham finished 8 points behind Arsenal but the comings and goings since then are as such:

Tottenham have added Darren Bent, Kevin-Prince Boateng from Hertha Berlin, and Gareth Bale from Southampton (how the hell did Man U let him get away?!?). Throw in Bent and they have an attacking options of Keane, Berbatov, J Defoe and Martin Jol? wow

Arsenal have obviously lost Thierry Henry and Freddie Ljundberg and added a couple lesser-known guys like Sagna and da Silva. Da Silva's goal scoring record in Croatia was excellent but this is the EPL and big time strikers like Sheva and Aghahowa did little in their first years. Add to that they might be crippled in JAN/FEB when the African Cup takes place, depending on how long their African players are away. If I'm not mistaken they have the most Africans of any EPL team, so stand the most to lose.

anyway would like opinions. odds of 3.00 for Spurs to finally finish ahead in the derby are enticing

Im an Arsenal fan so obviously Im biased but you should consider that last season Arsenal were without Henry, Ljungberg and Van Persie for quite awhile. They are a very young team however and will lack leadership. I wouldn't be suprised if Arsenal finished out of the top four this year.
